If you must cancel within 48 hours of the event’s original time, we can not offer a refund of the deposit. However, we will be happy to credit your account so you can reschedule your event within the next six months.

Yes! During your rental period, you’ll never have to put any money into the machine. We want kids to have a blast with unlimited play and chances at winning their favorite prizes.
Additionally, when we come to pick up the machine, we’ll give you the remaining prizes so everyone can take home something nice!

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

At this time, we don’t offer custom packages. However, we’ve carefully curated a range of different themed packages to cater to various interests, ensuring a fantastic experience for all kids.
Yes. The good news is: the machines are not easy to break if used properly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Yes, they can! Just make sure to place them on a stable surface (not on grass, please!)
Yes, our claw machines require an outlet. However, we provide extension cords up to 80 feet at no additional cost for your enjoyment and convenience.
We come 30 minutes before your scheduled time to give time to set up your machine.
